This document is a report about field attachment (internship) done at ICTlabs Ntinda by Egessa Patrick Bwire from August-September 2020 Chapter one, contains a brief background about IT and the place of training, objective of IT both to student and University, the managerial arrangement of ICTLabs, Mission, Vision and Objectives. Chapter two contains the students experience which include the position I occupied in the organization, the duties and responsibilities, supervision levels and the relationship with the supervisors. Chapter three contains an evaluation of the entire field attachment period, including details of activities accomplished, benefits derived, skills gained, and challenges encountered Chapter four has the conclusion and recommendations for the future interns and the University.
