This proposal encompasses a brief introduction to digitization, background of the project with a short overview of how the idea of digitizing national library came about, conceptual framework with intervening and dependent variables, the problem that has to be solved, purpose of the project, goals and outcome of the project both short term and long term, the activities that will be conducted during digitization process and requirements among others.
